Impact Microgrants are community-based microgrants funded by Dear God, Are We There Yet?

Dear God, Are We There Yet? is a 501 (c) (3) organization that is a non-monetary volunteer community and offers a social service dashboard, a place where in person and virtual volunteer opportunities can be offered and found throughout the world. 

Impact Microgrants is another way we support social impact. We assist people and organizations in creating change. We provide funds, volunteers, tools and resources to assist others in supporting, advocating, and empowering social impact.

 

Program Criteria 

  • Impact Microgrants are available for everyone determined to make a change in the world. However, you must reside in the United States.

  • All community social good activists should apply. Community social good activists include Teachers, Students, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, and Community Members.

  • There is no age restriction on who can apply. However, applicants under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian to be listed on the application.

  • Impact Microgrants will be offered throughout the year however grant amounts are subject to change. Winners will be chosen on a specific date but if you are not chosen, you are welcome to reapply.

  • In order to apply for Impact Microgrants, you must reside in the United States.

  • We are offering an additional Impact Microgrant for Hispanic Women who are making a difference in their communities. This grant is offered by Univision.

Funding

Impact Microgrants will offer 5 grants in the amount of $100 to $500 biannually. Applications are open now and will be accepted through the NEW biannual Deadlines.

  • Spring/ Summer Application - Applicants applying from January 1st -June 30th. Deadline is June 30th and Funding is Announced by July 15th

  • Fall/Winter Application- Applicants applying from July 1st -December 30th. Deadline is December 30th and Funding is Announced by February 15th

  • ONLY applications accepted for that time frame will be reviewed. You can submit your application twice a year but can only be funded once.

  • Application requires a video submission and video access must work in order to be voted

Privacy & Disclosure

Applications will be kept confidential and reviewed only by members of the grant review committee. The review committee will be comprised of Dear God, Are We There Yet? Board of Directors. Any omission of a required component of the application may be grounds for disqualifying an application. If an application is not complete or does not meet the eligibility requirements it will not be sent to the review committee.

Winners Circle

Winners will attend a pre-recorded workshop and commit to a one time follow-up with us for one year so we can support your progress.
